We have also gained a wealth of knowledge due to the constant hands-on involvement with the catering equipment industry. We fully understand the urgency of repair, and now offer a wide range of service contracts to cover this. Our service contracts are applied to your needs, whether it is a one-off visit, labour only or an all inclusive contract.
Our engineers can carry out work on all types of catering equipment including those fuelled by natural gas, LPG or electricity. By using us, you also have the additional insurance of our Corgi Registration Mark. Our engineers have to be fully trained and qualified in all aspects of commercial catering gas work regarding installation, servicing and repair in order to obtain this.
When it comes to installation, New Concept manages everything. This includes building the specification needed for your requirements, kitchen design in the form of CAD drawings, hygienic wall cladding, full equipment installation and any other services that are required, for instance gas, electrics, water, waste and extraction. If you still want a kitchen while you wait for yours to be refurbished, we can also provide a temporary mobile kitchen.
