Testimonials
"This is a very belated thank you for the work that you carried out in our kitchen. We can’t fault anything as everything went to plan with such ease and efficiency, and more importantly, to time."
"The chef is delighted, we are delighted and the customers have enjoyed their Christmas dinners in complete ignorance of the nightmares we were having about the equipment before you stepped in to help."
"In the meantime, we should like to take this opportunity to wish you all at New Concept a very Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year."
Yours sincerely

"When our restaurants at Port Lympne and Howletts Wild Animal Parks required refurbishment we found the design and advice given by New Concept was invaluable and the work carried out met our high standards with very little impact on the rest of our business.
We are currently planning more kitchen refurbishments with New Concept.

We have recently had our kitchen refurbished at The Devonshire Nursing Home by New Concept.
They dealt with the whole process from planning to installation including the provision of a temporary kitchen very professionally and without any problems at all.
The installation included a total redesign, all new equipment as well as new walls and floors and the laying on of services.
We have since had further work carried out by New Concept at our other home, Threeways Nursing Home as we were so pleased with how the previous job was managed and in a business such as ours, we cannot afford for there to be any hitches when carrying out such work.
We have since taken up service contracts with them at both of our homes as they have proved to offer such a reliable and friendly service and continue to do so.
